Moviegoers eager to return to Gotham City will need to wait a bit longer. Warner Bros. announced on Friday that Matt Reeves’ sequel to The Batman has been delayed. Originally scheduled for release on October 2, 2026, the highly anticipated film will now debut in IMAX on October 1, 2027.
