A star-studded cast came together for a three-hour special celebrating the 50th anniversary of the iconic US comedy show Saturday Night Live.

Despite airing on a Sunday, the SNL50 special remained true to tradition, broadcasting live from Studio 8H in New York City’s Rockefeller Centre.

Since its debut in October 1975, the show—renowned for its sketches and celebrity hosts—has launched the careers of comedy greats such as Eddie Murphy and Bill Murray.
