Christina Fulton, actress and ex-partner of Nicolas Cage, has filed a lawsuit against Cage and their son, Weston Coppola Cage, following an alleged assault in April 2024.

Fulton claims that during a dispute on April 28, 2024, Weston physically attacked her, resulting in severe injuries, including a concussion and post-traumatic stress disorder.

She asserts that Nicolas Cage, aware of Weston’s history of mental health issues and violent behaviour, failed to intervene or ensure their son received necessary psychiatric care. Fulton alleges that Cage’s negligence and financial support enabled Weston’s actions, leading to the assault.

In response, Cage’s attorney has dismissed the lawsuit as “absurd and frivolous,” stating that Cage cannot control the actions of his adult son. Fulton is seeking unspecified damages for the physical, emotional, and economic harm she has endured.
